Your Child’s Personality

Is it time to redecorate your child’s room? If so, consider your child’s personality. The possibilities are endless and so should be your imagination!

Select a theme: Does she like flowers, princesses, or animals? Select one and go wild on fabrics, wall borders, books, toys and bedding.

What’s her favorite color? Pink, yellow or green? Pick one, or pick them all! Curtains, bedding sets, wall paint and carpeting should all be in colors that she loves.

Bedding is key: No matter what the theme or color pattern, bedding gives the room its signature look. Pick a cotton quilt or comforter that will complement the paint on the walls. They come in so many beautiful colors, and patterns, and cotton fabrics are so soft that you know your child will sleep comfortably in them through the night.

Make sure your child’s taste is reflected in the choices that you make so invite her to be part of the selection process. After all, she will be the one occupying the room!
